Compatible with most popular Fantasy role-playing games, the mini-game employs a skill based d4 drop table and over a dozen chancemedly tables to create a “Tactical Simulation of Land-folk Fishers Plumbing the Watery Depths Of a Fantastical World”. Players will find fishing to be a pleasing excursion from their usual adventures; possibly lucrative (especially if they are only seeking more rations), but potentially life threatening. Also included is a bestiary of three score or so fishes and other aquatic beasts, albeit with quite minimal stats.
